What is your Return Policy?

Love it or return it hassle free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return label. Your return shipping costs will be covered by us for a risk free experience. Returns must be returned in acceptable condition to be eligible within 30 days of purchase date.

Do you accept Exchanges? 

Certainly! Just send us over an email at woof@alwayspups.com so we can exchange that order out for you.

How soon will I receive my order? 

We ship from the United States and orders are shipped out within 12 hours of receiving them. Generally if you place your order before 1PM EST your order will go out that very same day. Orders are delivered within 2-3 days however there may be delays during the pandemic.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states of the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping however will offer it in the near future.
